We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied:

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personal care, customized, or clearance products cannot be returned.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
